These are actors (thankfully), but with the professional community manager being such a new career path, it's easy to encounter self-proclaimed experts that are just a load of talk at the end of the day. Fortunately, they are vastly outnumbered by the awesome, talented, always learning, always sharing community managers that make up the majority. It's this majority that is working so hard to help companies stay in touch with their communities and give the Community Management Professional a good name.
